la reserve paris.

Ooh la la. I don't know what my deal is lately, but I've just been perusing design hotels in search for some interior lusting. Maybe it's a sign of a desperately overdue vacation?

Anyway, I'm loving La Reserve, located in Paris. Which is weird, because I've never been one for symmetrical design. Much too orderly for me, but for some reason, this really works for me. The black and beige are stunning and classic and I find the geometric lines soooo soothing [yet bold!].

Ooh, I love the bed, too. A floating canopy base--- what could be better???

welcome.

because beauty lies in the details of design. in the pencil shavings, in the blueberry waffles. the vintage dress, framed portrait, old postcard.

design is inevitable. celebrated. design for mankind.
