These rings by Mari Ishikawa are the most beautiful pieces I've ever seen. I could never pull them off as is, but I'd throw them on a chain and call them a necklace ANY day.

I would definitely wear these as a necklace. As a ring... I would scar my skin or rip a many top I'm afraid.

EEK! I KNOW! FABULOUS!

OK so Mari just sent in this email:

My rings made of Silver 925 and Gold 750. NowI have a exhibition in"Hnoss" Gothenburg,Sweden.

www.konstepidemin.com/hnoss You can buy them in this gallery.

So I went to the site but I'm not seeing where they can be purchased (probably b/c it's all written in another language!).

I hope this helps??? Maybe you can translate?

Hey DfM, thanks. Fooling around with your link I was able to get a little more info but still no prices (something tells me I don't wanna know..). But it shows that she has had some US exhibitions so I can always keep my eyes open for a show. Here's the additional link:

AWESOME! Thank you, Sparkie!!!! :)

welcome.

because beauty lies in the details of design. in the pencil shavings, in the blueberry waffles. the vintage dress, framed portrait, old postcard.

design is inevitable. celebrated. design for mankind.
