here i come, 2008.
So. There are many things brewing at the DFM headquarters (which really means my couch, let's be honest). Can you tell my NYR is transparency?
The holidays were a bit scattered for me, filled with three exciting job offers that inevitably fell through. And you know what? I'm a firm believer in that annoying "all things happen for a reason" phrase, and I just really feel as if DFM is in store for some incredible things this year. If I accepted a full time job for the year, DFM would be again on the back burner, and I think that's just not the right thing at the moment. Long story short, DFM is back in full swing and I can't wait to devote my daytime to create an exciting blog for you!
Second on the list... I did it. I took the plunge and Etsied myself. Keep in mind, I am NOT a crafty one, but I really enjoy working with my hands (and I'll be honest-- my Xyron 900!). So, you'll find my Etsy shop in the right sidebar, and enjoy the THREE items that are currently posted. Hopefully in a few days we'll have some exciting additions, but for now, I'm working on my Treeting series (get it? tree greetings!) shown above and they're just taking up all the time I've got!
Note to readers: enter DFM in the comment section for 20% off any item you order. Just my token of thanks for being fabulously awesome.
Anyway, I'll be back tomorrow with a Fashion Forward, a Trend Alert, AND some fun new '08 finds!
Love to you all.
welcome.
design is inevitable. celebrated. design for mankind.
