How freakin' funny! I could offer up quite a few from my days of braces and bodywaves. Yep, you read that right. I got something even COOLER than a perm in 8th grade. Looked special with my pegged, acid-wash jeans.

I think even the most "beautiful people" in high school in the 80's can qualify here... it was all about the hair and the clothes... They made everyone look awkweird.
