"Referring to urban scavengers or those who collect cast-offs, Feeder celebrates the underbelly. Trucks and carts piled with cardboard, bags and boxes of recycling dot city streets yet - generally go unnoticed. These drawings and sculpture focus on those clusters and debris that are purposefully scraped up and salvaged... ultimately creating an inconspicuous yet definitive mark on the urban landscape."

Well, you know I notice, as I usually pick these things up and include them in my always voluminous collection of lost little objects to be recycled and given second lives as something else. ☺ I am such a fan of repurposing, so this kind of work always speaks volumes to me.

I agree with you about these. Well someday Ill create a blog to compete you! lolz.

because beauty lies in the details of design. in the pencil shavings, in the blueberry waffles. the vintage dress, framed portrait, old postcard.

design is inevitable. celebrated. design for mankind.
