Holy cow, do I ever love this! The price is lovable too. And, I think that the one person enjoys walking in the rain sans umbrella. I know I do sometimes.

I don't think they like walking in the rain alone, by the downcast look and the way the character is holding their arm. It is still a beautiful piece, lovely in the single characters loneness. Don't know, but I really like it.
