mary catherine garrison.

Ok this is so funny to me. Mary Catherine sent me an email last night with a link to her work, stating that she's not sure if she's a good fit for Design for Mankind, but that she's a fan of the site anyway.

And then I visit her Etsy shop, and I see this. And this, and this, and this.

And then I think, "Ok this Mary Catherine girl has GOT to be out of her realm if she thinks I won't LOVE her to pieces."

And then I think, "Wow. I'm hungry."

And then I redirect my train of thought and think, "Yeah, this is SO going up tomorrow."

So there you have it. A moment in the mind of Erin. AND a link to a FABULOUS artist. Fabulous, but a LITTLE crazy... ;)

Thanks, dear Mary Catherine!

Very funny. I often have the same kind of thought patterns. It only got worse after I had a baby!

Yeah, she's uber-talented.

welcome.

because beauty lies in the details of design. in the pencil shavings, in the blueberry waffles. the vintage dress, framed portrait, old postcard.

design is inevitable. celebrated. design for mankind.
