I love the cover art. Wow, it's stunning!

The cover is fabulous. I admire anyone that can capture hair/fur correctly. I was never good at that in art school. Hair takes good practice and patience and talent! Maybe I'll add this book to my collection!

My painting prof brings this book in every class. I absolutely love it. Lately I have especially been feeling inspired by the work of Yi Chen and Jenny Saville, who are both featured in this wonderful book.

oooh, this is one of the best recommended anythings that i've seen! the quote, so true!
thanks so much for posting this, i just love Saville, Freund and Currin.

welcome.

because beauty lies in the details of design. in the pencil shavings, in the blueberry waffles. the vintage dress, framed portrait, old postcard.

design is inevitable. celebrated. design for mankind.
