A Portland resident, Chad Crouch is all shades of cool. A record-label owner (seriously, no joke) for Hush Records (yes, they brought us The Decemberists!) and Blanket Music band member, Chad's the last person I would assume would have time to delve into art.
Turns out art had always been his passion, leading him to graduate from the University of Oregon in 1996 with his work all over Portland coffee shops, galleries and various mixed-use institutions.
A fresh-out-of-college young'n, Crouch gained exposure in Portland and quickly took off from there. Now his paintings can be found throughout the U.S. in a variety of homes, commercial buildings and residencies.
Chad is currently accepting commissions for his paintings, so hurry before he becomes the world's most famous rockstar!
I SO badly want to live in Portland now... look him up for me, Jena!

really love these. what an incredible find. he would make the best illustrator for awesome children's stories, like roald dahl types.
