Jessie over at My Mod Style just sent me a tip about her new VERY pink office, so naturally, I just had to find out more. I do love a good makeover!!!
I am SO SO impressed with this space, for a lot of reasons. It's always so hard to get the right shade of pink on the walls without looking too... Pepto-Bismoly? Yet Jessie has MASTERED this, and everything else sort of fell into place.
Jessie collects 80's toys (how fun is that?!), so she made room for her Care Bears on the office shelves. I love when spaces reflect personality, and I think this room has a TON of that.
Congrats on your makeover, Jessie, and know that you've just made Ohio a bit more fabulous!!!

I can't believe it's the same room... So cold and a bit depressing before and so happy, fun and inspiring afterwards. Like a bubblegum! Fun!

The wall color is actually "Hot Pink" by Glidden from Home Depot. Why its called HOT PINK, I don't know. lol ;)
I really wanted a HAPPY space to design in. I had read once in Domino that PINK was a soothing color. I thought I would give it a try, and I love the end result. It does seem to calm me down when I am in the room. (Plus hello kitty looks great!)
